Highly adaptable, innovative and detail-oriented professional with 15 years of experience in hands-on running a first heritage boutique hotel in Montenegro, as well as 8 years in 3D branding design and experiences.
As a founder of a first small hotel in a heritage building, she was a reason that Historical Hotels classification was added into a Montenegro’s categorization of hotels in 2007. Since then Palazzo Radomiri was usually the first hotel to introduce Montenegro to foreign travellers on bespoke international platforms, such as Hip Hotels, Conde Nast Johansens, Lonely Planet, Le Petit Futé, Tablet, i- escape, etc. Branding the hotel using word Palazzo was also her doing back in 2006, since then many Palazzos has opened their doors on Montenegro’s riviera.
With a background in Architecture, environmental branding and marketing, hospitality came as a challenge to mix all of these skills and conceive, design and develop Palazzo Radomiri.
By running all of the areas in the hotel, from building maintenance to client liaison, she has learned from the bottom up, activating her “gear shift” at all times.
By always inventing and adding something new to the core business, like a yoga studio within the hotel, restaurants with different concepts, health retreats, wellness programs, wedding organisations or pop-up boutique stores, she has always tried to be one step ahead not only in the ideas, but also in execution. Her strong intuition has always prevented her to look what others are doing, but rather find her ideas resonate with global trends and then happily acknowledge them spread around locally.
She is also a strong believer in a sustainable future of hotel business, hoping to learn about and take part in responsible luxury. Design as a passion has led to a very strong eye for the detail to be present in running all of the fields of her business. Experience in everyday tasks has added to quick decision making, as well as being able to reinvent from nothing.
